About

I have been working in the mental health field for the past nine years, across schools, private practice and community health. My journey began in grief and school counselling, which laid the foundation for the work I do today. From there I completed my Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology, and later undertook further training in Clinical Psychology to deepen my practice.

My experience spans clients across the lifespan, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experience with neurodivergent children, adolescents, adults and families, providing both assessment (ADHD, Autism, and Specific Learning Disorders) and therapeutic support, using a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach.

I have also worked with adolescents, young adults and mothers through the perinatal period, supporting a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, including life transitions, identity development, relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, low mood, and adjustment to significant change. I have volunteered with mental health organisations to support program development and raise community awareness.

At Raaha Wellbeing, I welcome people from all walks of life, particularly those from culturally diverse communities. It matters to me that you can bring your culture, identity, spirituality and worldview into therapy, rather than feeling you need to leave those parts of yourself at the door.
